1. General provisions
This website is operated by შორენა სოლომნიშვილი - the official importer of STANLEY products in Georgia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Seller's obligations
The seller is obliged to supply the customer with the goods specified in the contract. Goods are considered compliant if they match the given description and have the same characteristics as the sample presented. Where no description exists, goods are considered compliant if fit for the purpose specified by the customer and accepted by the seller.
3. Orders and payment
Payment is made on Bank of Georgia's secure page - by card (Visa/Mastercard), BOG instalments, or BOG in 4 payments. Prices are given in GEL and include VAT. An order is processed after payment is confirmed and is considered complete from the moment of delivery. The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt. An order that cannot be delivered to the address is cancelled and the amount refunded.
4. Delivery

5. Statutory warranty
If a defect is found, the customer has the right to request that it be remedied free of charge - repair or replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. Repair and replacement are the primary remedies where possible and where they do not require disproportionate cost.
- Exchange or repair - within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature and extent of the defect;
- The free remedy covers all necessary costs, including transport, labour and materials;
- This right applies if the defect appears within 2 years of delivery;
- Within 6 months of delivery, a defect found is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
6. Returns & exchange
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the product can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt - with the original packaging and proof of purchase. The 14-day unconditional right to withdraw from a distance contract, the return procedure and exceptions: Returns & exchange.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is used only to process and deliver your order and is not shared with third parties, except courier and payment service providers. You can request data deletion at: [email protected].
8. Cookies

The parties are released from liability for failing to fulfil an obligation if this is caused by force majeure circumstances.
