1. Delivery process
Delivery is carried out by courier across the whole territory of Georgia, to the address specified by the customer - excluding temporarily occupied territories. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

4. Estimated timing
The timeframes given are estimates and may change due to non-working days, weather conditions, operational delays or force majeure circumstances. We will contact you if there is a significant change to the timeline.
5. Order status
You will receive order confirmation and status updates by email. A registered customer can view their order's current status and history on the My account.
6. Receiving and inspection
Please inspect the product as soon as you receive it. If the parcel is damaged or the contents do not match your order, contact us immediately. An order that cannot be delivered to the address is cancelled and the amount refunded.
