1. 14-day right of return
The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days. This right comes from the Georgian law "On Consumer Rights Protection".
2. Counting the period
- For a goods purchase - from the day the goods are received;
- For partial deliveries - from the day the last item is received;
- For regular deliveries - from the day the first item is received.
3. Return conditions
- Let us know about the return by email at [email protected] - state the order number and product;
- The goods must be returned no later than 14 calendar days after the notice of withdrawal;
- The product must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase;
- The customer covers the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Refunds
The refund is issued to the customer within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method as the original payment - for card payments the refund is issued to the same card; for BOG instalments or 4 payments, the corresponding agreement with the bank is cancelled.
5. Manufacturing defects and warranty
If a defect is found, the customer has the right to request that it be remedied free of charge - repair or replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract. Repair and replacement are the primary remedies where possible and where they do not require disproportionate cost.
- Exchange or repair - within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature and extent of the defect;
- The free remedy covers all necessary costs, including transport, labour and materials;
- This right applies if the defect appears within 2 years of delivery;
- Within 6 months of delivery, a defect found is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
6. Exceptions
The unconditional right of return does not apply to products made to individual order or personalised (e.g. engraved), nor to goods valued under 30 GEL. This does not limit warranty rights in the case of a manufacturing defect.
7. Force majeure
The parties are released from liability for failing to fulfil an obligation if this is caused by force majeure circumstances.
