1. What data we collect and why
We process personal data to fulfil and deliver your order, to provide warranty service and to communicate with you. We share data only with the services listed below, and only to the extent each of them needs for its function. Advertising tools and cookie-based analytics are enabled only after your consent.
- Account: full name, phone, email (optional) and password (stored encrypted). When you sign in with Google - your Google account identifier, name and email.
- Order: first name, last name, phone, email, city, address, postal code, comment and the products purchased - to fulfil and deliver the order, and for returns and warranty service.
- Payment: you enter your card details directly on the Bank of Georgia page - we cannot see them and do not store them.
- Email notifications: order status, newsletter subscription, back-in-stock or price-change alerts, unfinished-cart reminders and post-order emails (for example, care tips or a review request).
- Reviews: name, email (optional), rating and text.
- Messages: the name, phone, email, order number and message text you provide in the contact form or a conversation.
- AI assistant: the text you type in the chat and, when checking an order status, the order number and phone.
- Affiliate program: contact details, social media links and payout details.
- Technical data: IP address and browser type - for security and abuse prevention. In our own visit statistics the IP address is stored only in encrypted (unrecognizable) form.
2. Who receives the data
- Bank of Georgia - payment, installments and refunds.
- Courier service (LogisticsWise and its courier partners) - name, phone and address for delivery.
- Verify.ge - your phone number, when you confirm it with an SMS code.
- Google - when you sign in with Google; with your consent, also Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics) and Google Ads (ad effectiveness measurement).
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - only with your consent, through Meta Pixel and the Conversions API: ad identifier cookies (fbp/fbc), IP address, browser type (User-Agent) and, in encrypted (irreversible) form, first name, last name, city and country.
- DeepSeek - the text you type in the AI assistant, to prepare a reply; when you ask about an order, also the order status, delivery details and products (without name, phone or address).
- Cloudflare - network protection and fast loading of the site, plus anonymous visit statistics without cookies.
- HostGator - the servers for the site and its database.
- Public authorities - only where the law requires it.
Some of these services (Google, Meta, DeepSeek, Cloudflare, HostGator) process data outside Georgia.
3. How long we keep data
- Order data - at least for the warranty period (2 years from delivery), because the law requires us to provide warranty service.
- Account - as long as the account exists or until you ask us to delete it.
- Newsletter subscription - until you unsubscribe.
- Advertising data kept for Meta - no more than 30 calendar days from the order date, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
- AI assistant conversation logs - 30 days.
4. Your rights
- To receive information about the data we process about you, and a copy of it.
- To have inaccurate data corrected.
- To have your data deleted, except data the law requires us to keep (for example, order data during the warranty period).
- To withdraw your consent at any time and to opt out of newsletter emails - every such email has an unsubscribe link.
